Fascinated by the creativity and skill of chefs since youth, his rapid rise to sous chef highlights his talent and adaptability in the kitchen. With a particular love for sautéing, Christian's unique style is influenced by mentor Head Chef Charles Williams and his travels, bringing adventurous and diverse flavors to Bistro Ten. His days are filled with preparation and perfection, ensuring each service runs seamlessly, embodying his dedication and meticulous attention to detail. Above all, Christian values the creative freedom cooking brings, constantly innovating and pushing culinary boundaries. Our head chef brings over 55 years of culinary mastery to Bistro Ten, starting his journey at 15 in a bakery and evolving into a role that marries tradition with innovation. Specializing in sauces and soups before becoming an executive chef, his style is influenced by diverse culinary traditions and emphasizes fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. His philosophy centers on simplicity, flavor, and the joy of sharing a meal, values that are reflected in the dishes at Bistro Ten. With experiences ranging from high-volume banquets to intimate food trucks, he prioritizes direct interaction with diners and the storytelling aspect of cooking.
